Our company philosophy, which is still valid today, was already laid down in 1949 when JEOL Ltd. was founded. Even today, more than 70 years after the foundation, we are committed to this philosophy:

Compliance to laws, regulations and our company philosophy is very important to us at JEOL (Germany) GmbH and we are therefore expressly committed to fair competition and compliance with all applicable national and international laws. In particular, we do not tolerate any form of corruption, bribery or price fixing. Furthermore, we are committed to not doing any business that is in any way influenced or brought about by illegal practices. Would you like to report a compliance violation? Use our anonymous whistleblowing system.

An anonymous external internet system is available to our employees, customers, suppliers and other parties to report material breaches of our Codes of Conduct and other violations. This system is available in German and English. It allows a confidential dialogue with the JEOL Compliance Department, secured by special encryption. Please also note our data protection notice before accessing it.

Alternatively, you can contact our company's compliance organisation directly by e-mail. Contact: cmplncjld. We will carefully examine each case and, if necessary, take the necessary measures.

Access the Whistleblower System
  • Overhear an incident? - Notice something that does not comply with the applicable law?
  • Give a hint! – Describe the incident within the framework of the channels provided for this purpose.
  • Review - The Compliance Department reviews the incident and determines whether a violation of the law has occurred.
  • Take action - If necessary, action is taken at the appropriate point. The whistleblower has nothing to fear at any time.
